Our Mental Health Providers
Oxygen mental health services are an EAP program for in-the-moment support across state and country lines. For structured counseling (ongoing 10-session model),
we have a licensed network of providers.
In-House Counselors
We have a team of licensed and registered in-house counselors dedicated to providing exceptional support to our clients.
- Education: Our clinicians hold a master's degree (or equivalent) in counseling or a related field
- Experience: each counselor has a minimum of two years of clinical experience
- Training: our clinicians are provided intensive in-house training to ensure they are knowledgeable about our services and protocols.
- Ongoing Development: to stay up-to-date with industry best practices, our counselors participate in mandatory ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
Network Counselors
We follow the rigorous standards of the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) for credentialing and verification.
- Education: hold a master's degree or higher from an accredited program.
- Experience: licensed, certified, or registered at the highest level in their jurisdiction with 5 years of continuous work experience.
- Accreditation: be a member of a professional association and adhere to its ethical standards.
- Insurance: carry liability insurance where required by law.
- Ongoing Development: participate in ongoing continuing education to stay current.
